Why?

Both The Brewery Shopping Centre and Things Made Public CIC have an active interest in sustainability, wildlife and the environment in which we live. We want to use this project to share our passion for the nature and wildlife that surrounds us, and encourage our community to make changes to their lives and routines that promote the conservation of our environment.

About the Artist

Dzia, a Belgian muralist has been busy adding fauna flair to walls in an increasingly widening swath across the globe. Recent projects have taken him to China, Norway, Spain and now The Brewery, Romford.

Dzia, who is classically trained with a masters in fine art at the Royal Academy in Antwerp, primarily depicts wild animals. His unique style creates a mosaic of colours that follow the contours of the animal’s form.
